With acceptance of new federal state educational standards of the third generation the priority problem – « to learn to study » that can be promoted by one of the demanded resources – Electronic library system. However in practice in teaching in educational institutions there is a number of difficulties. In given clause the problem – revealing of arising problems on a way of development by students is realized by opportunities Electronic library system.
